Care Farming and Community

Description

We work with various organisations to deliver rural, environment, nature and farming based experiences for groups of all ages. Educational groups from ages 5 – 16 years can be funded through our Countryside Stewardship scheme. Care Farming for groups or individuals  (for those with a ‘defined health or social need’ ) or ( supervised, structured, farm-related activities for people with defined health, social, or educational needs, promoting therapy and rehabilitation. )
