Open Farm Sunday – We’ll Be Back in 2027!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for LEAF Open Farm Sunday 2026 at Hazel Brow Farm. We had a fantastic day welcoming visitors onto the farm and sharing a little of what farming life in the Yorkshire Dales is all about.

We’re delighted to say that Hazel Brow Farm will be taking part in Open Farm Sunday again in 2027!

Open Farm Sunday is a brilliant opportunity for families, local people and anyone interested in farming and the countryside to visit a real working hill farm, meet the people and animals behind it and learn more about how our food and countryside are managed.

Visitors can expect a fun, relaxed day with plenty to see and do. Previous activities have included working sheepdog demonstrations, sheep shearing, meeting our farm animals, nature trails, crafts and activities, refreshments and lots of opportunities to learn about farming, livestock and nature.
